Fenty Beauty is constantly killing the beauty game. They’re always coming out with edgy products that have the beauty community hooked. The fact that this is Rihanna’s brand helps just a bit.
I’ve tried a few of their products and my favorites so far have been their lip products. The glosses are so juicy and fantastic. Their bullet lipsticks are super comfy to wear. And their liquid lipsticks are unlike any I’ve tried before.
I’ve been experimenting with the Stunna Lip Paints for a few months and I have some thoughts. Wanna know if these babies are worth picking up? Keep on reading!
These liquid lipsticks are the bomb! Let’s just start with that. I’m not the biggest fan of matte formulas because I have ugly, dry lips. But these do the trick for me.
The formula is amazing. It’s kinda watery which makes it lightweight on the lips. Despite being so weightless it’s super pigmented. You only need one layer for even application.
Even though these look matte on the lips, they don’t dry down completely. There’s a tiny bit of transfer but that doesn’t bother me. It allows for the formula to be comfortable on the lips.
I have crackly, dry lips and these lippies don’t accentuate the dryness. They smooth out my lips and hide the lines on them really well.
The one thing I don’t like about the formula is the smell. It’s a really chemical-y scent but thankfully it doesn’t linger.
One of my favorite things about this product is the shade range. The colors are all unreal! There are a lot of bold colors and three nudes. I feel like the whole shade range would work on every skin tone.
I only have two of the shades but I’m dying to get my hands on more. I have one bold color and one nude and they do not disappoint.
Unbutton (the nude), is my perfect everyday lip color. It’s peachy perfection and it’s really comfortable to wear daily.
I don’t use Uninvited often cause it’s black. But when I do use it, it looks great and it makes me feel powerful. I will say though, this particular color was a bit less pigmented than the others. I actually kinda enjoy that because it makes the black feel less intimidating. But I just wanted you to know.
The price for these is $24 and there are 0.13 fl. oz. inside. You can find them at Sephora or on Fenty’s website. These are a bit overpriced, considering the amount of product you get but the quality of the product makes up for it.
The packaging is insanely beautiful. Super sleek and really original. The doe foot has a really strange shape but it makes it super easy to apply the product.
Overall I really enjoy these liquid lipsticks. The formula is outstanding, the colors are beautiful and there really is something for everyone. If you’re a liquid lipstick hater but you’re in desperate need of one, try the Stunna Lip Paints!
Which shade do you thing I should try next?
Thank you so much for reading!
