Pixi Beauty Sun Mist | Review

We all know sunscreen is a crucial part of skincare. And if you’re a makeup lover like me, you might find yourself wondering if there is a way to re-apply sunscreen with a full face of makeup on.

Well, I’m here to tell you that there is a way. A few weeks ago I discovered the Pixi Sun Mist, and today I’m gonna share what I think about it with ya.

Here’s the thing. I don’t know if products like this one have been around for a while, but I just recently discovered this and I am pumped. It’s the perfect solution for a problem that I’ve been battling with for years, but does it actually work?

When I saw this at Target I took it without hesitation. The price of this is around the $15 mark depending on where you buy it. The packaging is very similar to the other skin mists and there are 2.7 fl.oz in this product.

Now, let’s talk about the most important thing of all, the pump. So far the pump in this product has worked wonderfully. For the most part, it gives a really fine mist that doesn’t leave any splotches of white product on your face. But there have been a few times where I’ve had to blend a few splotches in. My suggestion is that you pump the product in your arm one or two times before applying it to your face, to avoid the splotches on your face.

This is an SPF 30 so this could definitely be of higher coverage if you’re using it on it’s own. But if you re-apply it every few hours and you apply a higher coverage SPF before putting your makeup on, this really does work.

My favorite part of the product is how easy it is to re-apply with all my makeup on. With this sun mist I can be protected from the sun and still wear makeup without having to worry about my face burning. It’s also a great on-the-go product cause it’s easy to carry.

Overall I think this product is amazing and it solves a huge problem of mine. There are a few things that I would improve about it, but for the most part, it’s fantastic.

Have you guys tried this or other product like the Sun Mist? As always, make sure to let me know!

Thank you guys so much for reading!

See you soon,

Isa ❤
